You've got an uncommon, non-stock carb. I tried to google it and only came up with the carb that came stock on the Suzuki bandit streetbike (4 of them). It's going to be hard for someone to even tell you which is the air screw and which is the pilot, much less what it should be set to on your quad.

idle screw is on the right side the one you can turn by hand all this one does is hold your slide farther up alowing more air and the idle circut a/f mix is on the left the this one is the ressesed screw that you need a small screw driver to adjust.
if you turned in the big one on the right side like you said then turn it out till the idle comes down, in the high the idle out the lower the idle to a point( the slide does not completly close). as for the other side turning it in richens the circut and turning it out leans the circut, lean-hi idle; rich-low or no idle if thouse make no difference you should check for intake leaks.
