Default Z250 Suspension

Anyone have any ideas on Z250 suspension? I want to make a little softer and lower if possible. What fits? Does anyone know if any shocks from other quads will fit?

I've adjusted them all the way to the softest adjustment. The fronts are good to go, but the back is still hard as hell. I have some old stock TRX250R shocks, I'm gonna try and see if those fit.

I have to use a big pair of pliers. Works makes shocks for the z, front and rear.

Well, I tried the 250R shock (rear)....Not even close (looks the same as a Z400). The top and bottom aren't even the same. I might try a Blaster shock. They look pretty close, and I know the Blaster shock is much softer. I was looking at Banshee shocks too, they look about the same as the Blaster one. Does anyone know if Blaster and Banshee rear shocks are compatable? 400ex shocks look like they might fit too, but I don't know anyone that has a 400ex. I also looked at Works site.... holy crap are they expensive. I have Works all around on the 250R, but they came with it. They do ride real nice though. Also, is there any way to adjust the rear shock besides just turning the adjustment screw? Is there something you have to do with the resy?

Not too sure what else will fit, but the rear is not adjustable beyond pre-load.
I have a set of front works that I will be putting up for sale shortly. IF anyone is interested. They have about 5 hours on them and have had covers the whole time.
