I'm changing my oil and oil filter tomorrow. I need to go and get oil... what exactly should I get for the cold months to come, and how much? Thanks.

it holds just less than 3 qts

 

I thought it held 3.7, hrmm.. I got it drained now. Only less than 1/2 Gal. came out?! According to the dip stick it said it was full before I drained it...

 

It holds 2.2qts.

I got it filled back up now... put a little too much in, thats okay, right? Should I just start it up and let it run for a few minutes now?
