Default A-Arm Disassembly

Hey everyone, I am trying to take off my stock a-arms. I have everything off except the spindle assembly. I can't seem to get the ball joints of the a-arms and the a-arms themselves apart. Do I hit the crap out of spindle assembly until the comes apart from the a-arm? I started hitting them, but didn't want to trash the spindle assembly.

Thanks.

C'mon....someone must have pulled the stock spindle assembly apart from their stock a-arms. Do you bang the crap out of it or what? Or, is there a trick?

I took my zilla a-arms apart. At first i bet them that didn't work then i heated the a-arm a littel useing gas and gave it a few shocks with a lump hammer and out they came.No probs. And putting them back just put them in the freezer overnight first.

Thanks for the help. I found some info on the internet. I guess the things are just in quite tight....a little heat may help.
