Default Oil filter cover bolts

I have a 2004 Eiger 400 and need to change the oil and filter. This is my first time and wanted to know how you remove the panel that covers the filter. Do those plastic bolts just snap off and how do I know what size to get for new ones. Thanks.

the round ones with the part in the middle on the black part? you push in the middle till it clicks and pull them off.....then to make them work again you push the middle part out (not all the way just enough to make it work) next put it back in the hole then push the center so it's flush with the rest of the piece

hope you understand
