Default Elka Shocks

would a set of Elka Shocks from a 400EX fit my Z400? The 400EX and Z400 have stock a-arms.

I think they are both 16" bodied shocks with the same mounts. They would fit, but the valving and spring rates would be a little off.

if the mounts are the same they should work. I agree with maddog on the rest
the only thing you have to think about is that Elka builds the shock for that specific bike
I would get a hold of elka and find out
