what is the torque specs on a zilla
I guess in your young age you have never experienced the zilla in all its glory. The basics for finding horsepower is (I know mathmatically this is the wrong formula) torque times RPMs equals horsepower. the zilla only runs up to 7500 rpms respectfully, so to make 50hp it must have so major friggn torque. Also just so you know for future reference son everyone talks about hp but you use torque way more the hp. everytime you accelerate that is torque, pull a hill, wheelie, hp only counts at top speed if even then.

Jeff's numbers sound right for a mildly modded Zilla. This engine makes more torque than other two strokes because of it's huge bore.
Unfortunately 86Fatty, neither you nor I own the Zilla's little brother. The 85-86 engine is completely different from the 87-92 250 and the 87-90 Zilla. Their's is a conventional reed motor with a powervalve, ours is a non-powervalved 'half-reed' motor in that it is a piston port design with a reed set-up into the crankcase.
