I think the Ozark would be to small. So you should look in a different company. Yamaha makes excelent atv's. You should look at the Bruin 250. The Bruin 250 is bigger then the ozark and it is around the same price.

 

Im just glad to help. You are smart to reaserch about the atvs before you purchase them. Hope you husband likes the christmass gift! By the way. I am a young 15 year old kid and my mother and father just purchased me a early christmas gift. It was an atv!. I got the Yamaha Wolverine. It is also an excelent atv. It is a Sport atv and a Utility atv. The wolverine is also a very fast atv if you are intrested in speed. That would be a good recreational atv to look into.

Have you looked at other companies? yamaha makes the bruin, no doubt the best value. and honda makes the recon, which i own and love to death.(similar to ozark)... maybe what you should do is go on an atv trip with him... then decide after the ride, i remember i used to want an arctic cat bc i thought they looked cool, man was i wrong, after riding many im happy with my choice. by the way im 6'1" and 240.

 

I went out and looked today and I think I have decided on the Suzuki Eiger 400 4x4 Automatic for him and the Yamaha Bruin 350 automatic for me.

Now I just have to work some magic and get a good deal!

Good desicions. The suzuki eiger is a very nice atv. The Bruin is also an exclent atv. Are you going for the 350 4x4? Or just the automatic?
