Help me decide, please!

OK,
I am new here and am trying to buy myself and the hubby new ATV's for Christmas as a surprise. I think I have narrowed it down to either the 250 Quadsport or Ozark 250 for me and either the 400 Quad sport or Eiger 400 4x4 manual for him.
We have never ridden before and are just getting started. How are these machines? Reliable? Big enough for us? We will mostly trail ride. Nothing too crazy but fun.
I would love opinions from anyone who's willing to share, thanks!

All the machines are realaible and good. But it depends what kind of riding will you be doing all those atvs have different purposes. the LT 250 and the 400 are sport. ozark is recreational and the eiger is utility. What will you be doing? OFF ROAD?, RACING?,RECREATIONAL?,SNOW? or anything like that. I would look at another brand.

you arent on the wrong track.it sounds to me like you 2 would utilize 4x4 quads more than sport.take some time to look at all the brands and features.then make a decision from there.......happy trails

You werent sure about what type. But now you narrowed the choices down to a better fit atv for your needs. If you need a atv for recreations and trails get the ozark its alot cheaper then the eiger but if you need 4 wheel drive go with the eiger. The eiger would be the best because its 2wd and 4wd. In trails you would need 2 wd because it makes it so much easier to handle but 4wd you can go off road go in snow and have fun!. I would take the eiger because of its 2wd and 4 wd.

Yes, it would definatley be big enough for him. the Eiger is a big atv in size at 85 inches in length, 44 inches in width, and 47 inches in height. Most atvs arent that big, and since he is a big person that would fit him the best.

Great, thanks so much! I just want to make sure he'll like it! :-)
How about the Ozark? Do you think that's a good one for me? I am 5'7" -150lbs. Will he just toast me on the Eiger and leave me in the dust? I would hate to have to steal his! :-)
Thanks so much, I really appreciate you answering so quickly!

The ozark is a pretty small atv. But people handle small atvs alot better. The Ozark is a 250, while the Eiger is a 400. But since the Eiger is such a big atv it is alot heavier which will make it slow. The Ozark will probably go the same speed since the Ozark is small and light.
