Color to powder coat new frame, for race bike
i want to get my 400ex frame powder coated, i am going to be taking it to jb grafix, the guy justin i spoke with who does the work on the occ bikes.
i can get the frame done in any color imaginable, my bike is red and black. i want to accent it nicely not over kill.

hmm i never thought of a chrome frame, what is the downfall of chrome vs. powder coat, i dont want to be having to polish the chrome all the time, because that would become a pain.
i really like the idea of the blue on silver combo, anyone have a picture?

The Blue on siler is actualy a candy blue. They Powder coat the frame silver then they apply a tranlucent blue on top. If you look at my frame , it has 2 thin coats of blue over the silver.. Then look at my a-arms, They have 2 heavy coats of blue over the silver... You can actuallly go with any color as a base to get different effects, such as gold or copper color. This will change the color of the tranlucent blue slightly. Your powder coater should supply you with sample's apon reguest.
