Default Twisted of a bolt--Suggestions???

Ozark 250 differential skid plate. Was removing the bolts to clean the mud out between the plate and the diff. and busted the head off of one of the plate bolts. I know a few of the routes to take but wanted to hear what you guys thought. None of the bolt is showing and actually has twisted off below flush. Thanks.

First thing to try is use a narrow tool like ice pick or small screw driver and just try to turn broken bolt. If you are lucky the lack of tension on bolt will let you easily unscrew bolt. If this doesn't work then you will get to practice with the easy out. Just take your time and be carefull. First time I tried to use easy out I was in big rush and managed to break off a drill bit and an easy out in the same tripleclamp bolt. Then I had to take triple clamp into machine shop and they had to drill oversize hole because I had it so screwed up.

Use a broken screw extractor on it.
