and that thing kicked azz!!! it peeled out weelied and got thru as much mud as a grizzly those things are bad!!!!

its been stock since i bought it,,,,,except some extra weight from the racks and such

 

its a 500ho 2002

 

i had a 400 2-stroke scrambler before i got my z and yes it is a good mudding bike but it is really hard to wheelie stock mainly cuz it weighs over 550lbs. i didnt like my old scrambler though cuz it was to bulky, heavy, and had bad handling. It did seem to have just a tad more speed then the z but it took twice as long as the z to get there. It also ate reed valves and blew a shock which cost me $320 bucks to replace. as you can see i dont think they are that "awesome!' but they are ok if you take it easy. And! they are really hard to mod if you can even find anything to mod them with. the engine is so concealed you cant do anything to it without taking the plastic off. i would rate the scrambler as a 7 on 1-10 the z being the best from what i have owned. o yeah, i hated the lack of a clutch!

 

I have ridden the 500 four stroke and 400 two stroke. My vinson will run with them all day. It outran the 400 in the dunes. A KQ would blow a scrammy off the trail.
