Default Pipe Solutions?

I really need some help on this issue! I Just paid $480 for a new DG pipe, K&N filter, and jet kit for my girls new '05 Z400. With this pipe the bottom just dropped out of the bike. The mechanic who jetted it is good to go and really knows his business, but I could not be more disapointed with the pipe. Once you get the motor up to rev the pipe is all over it, but until then the stock pipe would wup it's as$. Can someone please point me in the right direction on a pipe that really kicks on this bike? I will most definetely be sending this pipe back and need to know what really works. It's a stock '05 execpt for the K&N and now jetting. Please help.

No there is no disc's on the exhaust. Just the dual outlet. I am thinking of either the Yoshi, or the White Bros. I have heard good reviews on both. I kinda got suckered on this Dg and knew just by picking the pipe up that it was gonna be a piece of turd.

I wouldn't put a DG pipe on my lawnmower...

If you wanna save some $$$, but still have a great pipe with tons of torque and rev, go with the HMF. If you look at the top of the page, you will see one of the sponsors of the site is Sweetquads. He has GREAT deals on HMF full systems, and can hook you up for $370 shipped to your door. Over $100 cheaper than that POS DG, and a much better pipe with better results...
