Ok, for those of you who missed it on the other thread. I'm running a 148 main, needle clip in 3rd position and pilot 2.5 turns. I got a UNI air filter, airbox lid removed, and spark arrester/baffle removed. I road it up and down the street a couple times, it felt like it had a lot more top end. I could easily hit the rev. limiter. I need to do a few more test rides and plug checks. I have a feeling I might be just a little rich.

Thanks Brock, I started this thread way back and haven't done anything to the jetting or airbox yet, too cold to ride lately on weekends so I sort of lost interest until spring.

Sometimes, a dealer will have individual jets. I have ordered some individual jets online also, it was a powersports place in Fl. I found them doing a search on Google using "mikuni jets" as the search words. Sorry I can't remember who it was, it was back when I was jetting a pitbike. I think they had Keihn jets also.

Try http://www.sudco.com/mikunijets.html

dynojet.com has a chart with individual jets avaliable. Your best bet is to go with the complete kit though, because as things come along that you want to change...there you go, everything is there. Its not like its a big chunk of change.

Im getting a Quad Works Power Up Kit from my local shop, K&N filter, prefilter, dynojet jet kit, all for 130$...juss waiting for shipping
