Hi blaster,
I have an 86 Suzuki Quadracer 250. I love it to death. Its perfect for tight wooded trails, thats where I mostly ride. Sometimes wide open dirt farm roads. It slides around curves very controlably. I never had a problem so far with the liquid cooling. I bought mine for $1300 so it was a nice first quad. When that power band kicks in, make sure you have a firm grip on the bars though. lol.
I'm tearin up my lawn trying to pop a wheelie, but with it very sandy here, the tires don't get the best of grip for that. I've been opening up this old trail through the woods. So far, I got it averaging about 8 feet wide, and about 1 mile long. And it keeps going, but the dang bees kinda stopped me temporarily.
A friend of mine is selling me his 97 Yamaha Banshee (no, I'm not a traitor!!)lol.

A quad racer 250 Is faster then a blaster and have better brakes,suspension(87'&up)POWER,and Weigh the same(almost).I love my quadracer And would NEVER trade it for a blaster! But blaster's are still great quads.

I have a 92LT250R & with a pro-circuit pipe the top speed is near 120km/h & well,my head gasket is missing(the guy i bought it from must have put a new piston in it & chucked the gasket)so all the radiator fluid leaked out & so now the piston is baked, cracked,& has holes in it & the sleeve is trashed & there's pieces of the piston everywhere in the engine plus it needs to be rebored!!!!!so far my 250 has been fairly reliable.
