Hey, does anybody know when the z450 will be comming out? I hear around late April or early May....wonder how it will compare to the yfz450 and the 450r.

 

As for right now, they are suppose to come out in 2006, don't know if quad year 2006, or the year 2006. You know how quads go ahead, like the 2006 models come out like in October of the 2005? Well nobody knows how it will perform but I bet it will at least knock out the honda 450R like it did before with the Z slapping the EX on the face. ot really, but I'm almost positive this thing is going to give us YFZ guys some several headaches.

 

hopefully after all this waiting, it will kill everything else. Im hoping for an aluminum frame and maybe EFI if it has every single bug worked out. In the february Dirt Wheels, at a sand show thing, suzuki brought a RM Z-450 dirt bike just to tease everyone. I thought it was kind of funny...

I hope it does have Fuel injection, but it probably wont since the Dirtbike version does not. Think never have to rejet again.

 

i like carbs better too, i think they have better throttle response and they are alot easier to work on. i don't care for the aluminum frame idea neither, steel might be heavier but it sure is alot stronger.
