Avrage Price for a Dealer Rejet?
#1
Hey All,
I have an '04 Z400.
I am going to install a Yoshi Comp Full SYstem, UNI Filter, and EHS Airbox cover.
The local dealer told me it would be $70 for the reject (Labor), and i would have to buy a Jet Kit.
Does that sound right, or is that expensive, or cheap?
I hate to buy this jet kit and spend all the extra money on the needles i will never use, but they said i had to buy the kit... I don't know why they can't just charge for the needle they need..
Is there any difference between the K&N Jet kit, and the DynaJet Kit?
Thanks,
Chad

sounds good, since a jet kit is about 50$, just make sure they give you the jet kit back when u get the quad back!

You can do it yourself and save some money, not to mention learn something new! Go to DynoJet.com and they have recommendations on where to start for jetting in your altitude range. So yea, buy the jet kit, read the info and start learning. There is nothign more satisfying than fixing your own quad.
