Default 26" vs 25" Tires for Vinson

I'm looking at buying a Vinson.....

The dealer will throw 4 new tires in place of the stock ones for an extra $100.

Should I get 25' or 26" tires? I realize the 26 come with bigger lugs but how much of a real difference will 26" with big lugs make in the mud as opposed to 25.

I like the thought of better traction with 26 but don;t want to sacrifice ride comfort and performance.

So....I have a few questions....

Will the 26" tires affect the ride quality that much....I ride mostly trails and polelines, some quite rough and I go through a lot of avge mudholes and some bad ones.

Will I still be able to kick out the *** end on dirt roads or climb long steep hills failrly easy with 26" mudlites/bearclws with big lugs

Will 26" tires rub with 2 riders?

I basically want a fairly comfortable ride and don't want to get stuck in mud that much. I'm looking so far at either mudlites or bearclaws. The bearclaws seem like they would have a more comfortable and quiter ride?

Also I don't really want to upgrade anything else as far as increasing performance.....maybe a muffler.

Thanks

Either are great. If you have a automatic vinson I sugest the smaller tires because it would be hard to spin them in alot of mud
