Zilla trouble . .

Zilla trouble . .
Hey guys,
First time I've been back here in awhile. .
I was riding my zilla yesterday and previously it had been making a noise in neutral. It only made the noise in neutral when you let out on the clutch, but when you pulled the clutch back in, it quit. .
Anyhow, I was riding on the pavement and just had shifted into 5th and I felt like a slight hesitation (like it didn't want to pull for a second) and the tranny started making a high pitched "whining" noise and then it just locked up and started wheel hopping and left over a hundred feet of black marks behind me. .
I first thought it was the rear end, but when you have it in gear and pull the clutch in, it will roll, but when it rolls, you can still hear a sound in the tranny. . I noticed it when my friend pulled me to the house. .
Please help lol. . ;\

welll ..... lots of things . LOL my best guees would have to be shift forks , like one broke . next could be the springs in the shift drum or shift shaft (but doubtful) there is also a spring on the selector lever inside the motor that moves the shift drum .
but again ... i bet its a fork . and yep you got to split the cases to get to them . LOL
