Can you stiffen the shocks up like you can on the Vinson. Once I did this I've had no problems.

Every machine has it's use. Utility Quad's are tanks, They are designed to work, not to jump.

If you want to jump, you get a sport quad.

Any time you take a machine (or anything else for that matter) and push it to limites it was never designed to face, something's got to give.

If you take all that money you spend fixing the utility, you could buy a sport quad, and have both work and play.

Just a thought...

yeah, buy a sport quad if you wanna jump and race around they are made for it, and if you wreck it don't hurt as bad as getting something that is 600+ pounds on top of you

Vinson581,

I thought you knew the story about the dealer not tightening the oil plug. To make a long story short I was riding with no oil and did over $1,500 worth of damage to the engine.

They are paying for it and I should have it back this week some time.

wow, outrage,

thats the number 1 reason my matience is done by ME!, i dont trust dealers for a half of second with my bike, let along doing anything mechanical.

old saying"if you want something done right, do it yourself" and to me it still stands true.

You are right about that. I had a cupon for 35% off maintenance so I thought I'd just let them do it since I'm pretty bussy and all. Not to mention it's very very cold up here in Alaska this time of year. Now I'm going to have a new machine with a rebuilt motor. It better be right this time or I'm asking for a new machine.
