Default Parts Direct sucks

I order a vortex cdi they said it would be in 7 to 10 days well it was 2 weeks and nothing so i called to be told it was back orderd. I think they could have told me that . They were more then happy to charge my card. THANKS PARTS DIRECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!! Also I wonder whats better a vortex or dynaTec for Z400, I mostly like drag racing.

I had the same problem with them over a DuraBlue axle. Their customer service is a joke, they don't have a clue what is going on and then they lie to you to cover it up. I waited 5 weeks for an "IN STOCK" axle that ended up being backordered, which they didn't tell me for 3 weeks. I'll never buy there again nor will anybody I know.

The web address is www.gopartsdirect.com . I was looking for a set of PSI Banshee pipes and was referred to gopartsdirect after posting on a big Banshee oriented site here on the net. Anyway, they told me the pipes were in stock and I would have them in a week or so. A week goes by and I have nothing. You better pack a lunch when you call them up, expect around an hour (long distance) getting any help. Then they lied to me every time I spoke with someone. I called usually weekly, they finally told me they were not even in stock. They have a no refund policy, but I complained so much they were gonna refund my money and all of a sudden my pipes came in....after MONTHS. I got the feeling this place was a 1 room shack and all that was in stock was a frozen pizza and a 6 pack of beer. Horrible place to deal with.
Getting back to the big Banshee site, after my horrible situation with gopartsdirect, I felt I needed to report this in my original post on the Banshee oriented site. This thread was quickly deleted...apparantly someone was trying to take care of gopartsdirect. I bet this thread here at the connection stays up [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]. The whole situation still ticks me off [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img].

I'm having the exact same problem with PartsDirect right now. 2 months ago we ordered a set of CPI inframes for a buddies Banshee. They charged his card, no pipes have shown. I've called and E-Mailed about 100 times and still no pipes, just promises. I will NEVER do business with them again!

You are a current customer. I should have contacted the better business bureau in their location to get some help. Here is the info you need to file a complaint. It will do nothing but help you get your parts. The better business bureau can actually shut a business down...they get things done.
