Default Tired of searching, and i need some reeds for my LT!

ok i have searched many times, including in the sport quad, suzuki, and honda forums and have come up with basically nothing in my search for new reeds...everytime someone asks for a recommendation on new reeds, all you get is people telling you to go with the whole cage, which is quite expensive. It doesnt matter how much performance i would gain on the whole cage, all i need is a set of reeds. I have seen FMF ( what i have now ), boyeson, and carbontech...i need some opinions on which ones to get, or if there are some better than the ones listed. Thanks

FMF is basicly the same thing as the original reeds that came with the bike in the 80's. Go with Some nice Boyeseen reeds, like the Carbon reeds, or superstock. its better to go the extra arm and leg once and be done with it, get some nice reeds, you wont regret it.

I like the boyesen super stock reeds. They are like the originals except a lot beefier material. They work very well and dont cost a lot of money. The nice thing too is that you dont need to check them periodically like carbon fiber.

yep i couldn't agree with you more, carbon fibers will crack easier, also i'm running the Power Reeds in my LT and they perform great
