well me and my friend are going racing the first time, mx track style, wondering what spare stuff to bring, and anything like that, do you think we should take off the skid plates or no, i am putting on 18" holeshots, on beadlocks with 19" frounts also with bead locks, elkas are going on the 400ex all around, anything else needed?

Plenty of water/gatorade, extra gas, and just don't do anything you don't think you can't. I'd leave the skids on, extra weight to keep the front end down doesn't hurt anything. I'd just go out and have fun man, that's all I can put in.

well im taking my stock 400ex

but a guy i know at the track, is GIVING me for free a brand new complete set or 3 Elka Elites to keep, they are setup for my weight, and have remote rezzi's all around, they are quad rate for the frounts, and dual rate rear, with the elka linkage, this along will help me out huge, he is also giving me a full set of holeshot mx's on beadlocks, as is he doing for my friend minus the shocks.

is there anything else i will need, its just a private track, but running sanctioned events...

i will let you all know how it goes, hopefully i will feel better by saturday, right now im a little under the weather...

i got some big ques for any one is a banshee worth getting over a z??its an 03 and only has tires and nerfs no motor work how fast do they go stock and will it rip on a z 400 with some little mods??
