Default Exhaust Specifics - Z400

So, I searched and there's a million threads on "which exhaust is best." I know it depends on what gains you want, and the type of riding you do. Also, prices are very ranging. What I would like help with is what exhaust does what exactly, and if the actual gains are known, that would be awesome. I'm going to list some pipes (add whatever else is out there and good) and try to label them low, mid, high, or all. I know most pipes give gains in all areas, but they're engineered to give the most gains at certain points of the rpm band. Ok here's a list you may modify to your heart's liking!

Trinity IV
FMF
Pro Circuit (any)
HMF
CT
Sparks
Whatever else has good gains on the Z

Thanks for inputs, and I hope this thread helps other decide on what they're looking for as well. I, personally, am looking for mainly a low-mid, with some high gain as well. I trail ride mostly trails, but race occasionally. And ride hard always. I was thinking Trinity for $350...

I agree on the Yoshi, but unless I get a used one from someone I'm not paying over $700 for an exhaust. I would just rather spend that to get full exhaust, air filter set up, and... still have money left over. Unless the Yoshi gave CONSIDERABLY more hp gain.

I was talking about the Ti Pro series before. But does the comp series get the same gains as, say the Trinity IV? And where can I get a new system for $400? Alba sells them for $500. $400 don't sound bad. Then I'd get Pro Flo intake with billet base plate, prefilter lid replacement from Alba and rejet. Would I be lovin' the results? How much of a difference are we talking?

On topic: Which gives better gains, and where at? The Yoshi Comp series or Trinity IV on the Z? The Trinity is only $350 right now.

Yeah, I heard that. No, I'm really looking into Yoshi Comp, Trinity IV, or HMF. The Trinity is the cheapest, but don't know much on them. Yosh is liked by nearly everyone, but the most expensive. HMF is the only one I know actual gains on.

Edit: Found Yoshi Comp full for $395 at MotoFrugals. Has anyone gone through them?

My Pro Circuit increased power across the board with the biggest boost coming off the bottom. It smooths out the power, there is not the slightest hint of a hit (which can be good or bad).
