hey guys thought I would share a few pics of where I am at with my quad. I spent a few hours on it.LOL. I polished out the whole motor top to botom! can you say bling bling! Got new hood from Maeir Carbon fiber look pretty nice. Got all new plastic not on quad yet.Shiny white.

Now that is SWEET....Very nice work man deffinitly impressed. Tha is the first motor ive seen 87-92 that was polished smooth like that.

 

Where did you get the chrome nerf bars from Ive been looking for a set of those but all I can find is standard alluiminum finish. Or did you polish those yourself?

 

yea I polished them! Man I am polish crazy as its been rainin alot here in N Cal and I live in the garage just about. I turn on Tv in garage and kick back and just clean everything like crazy. All my bikes,quad,jetski look like this. alot of people wonder if I even ride these toys ,but i do almost every weekend on the bike. Quad only in dunes from now on no more mud. Or I might sell the LT to get brand new quad.Dont know. I am not sure wat I could get for it? I want at least 4k or ill just keep it. new quad is like 7K Yamaha YZF450 or Honda TRX450

Dang,that looks sweeet kdog.did you have it beadblasted before you polished?i may have to do the same thing when its time for my zilla engine to go back together.

 

thanks for props guys! No bead blasting. I used paint remover etc.
