Default Gas milage on EFI King Quad

This may sound stupid....but how is the gas consumption on the KQ? I've been searching for info on the Yamaha Grizzleys as an alternative to the new KQ due to the transmission issue, and I've noticed that some griz owners have mentioned the high fuel consumption on them. Maybe cause they are a one lunger? It seems to affect the Kodiak 450s more. Does anyone know how the fuel consumption on the KQ EFI would compare....or how far you're getting out of a tank? Thanks....

I've used mine for working all the time so far,so I haven't even tried to get a mileage figure. But I have read several statements from KQ owners that say it get's the best mileage of all the big bores out there!I think for the trail riding they are getting around 20 mpg?

I've got 58 miles on mine and has used 2 gallons in mine so about 25 MPG and this was in the sand so alot of full throttle time so I would say great mileage especially compared to my brother in laws p700 used 3.2 gallons in the same trip.
