i took my air box lid off and man that thing was running like crap i would half to asume it needs to be rejetted oh well i will just wait and get the exhaust jet kit and air box mod all at once... but does this sound normal

 

I have the sports series.

 

that is bad for the engine, you need to go quite away up on the main and pilot jet.

 

yah i got the hmf and love every bit of it i have a 150 main, 3rd clip and 3 1/2 turns out on the fuel screw with a open airbox it seams to be running good but is it at peak power

 

try a 165 main

 

that seams to me like a big jump but if u.....

 

i was running that at 1174 out here.
