Default Will mods for a Quadsport 250 fit on an Ozark?

Specifically, will pipes and the carb designed for the Quadsport 250 fit on the Ozark seeing how they are basicly the same motor and frame?

If so, has anyone tried putting the stock carb and pipe from a Quadsport 250 on to an Ozark? Everything I've read says that the motors are the exact same thing and that the additional power that the Quadsport has comes from the intake and exhaust.

The only mods I've seen for the Ozark are air filters and jet kits. I know there are custom things that can be done, but I'd prefer to start off with the basics and go from there. Also, if the carb is of a differant design on the Quadsport, is it just bigger or does it give a smoother route for airflow? And are the two carbs on the differant quads interchangeable(as in will the Quadsport carb bolt up to an Ozark)?

ive been there before and a z250 pipe will not fit an ozark.if you are looking to get an exhaust kit for your ozark i know that pro circuit makes one. i have one on mine. it is just a slip on not a full system, but it gives you better mid range. if your neighbors are easily agrivated, then i would also purchase a quiet end cap for it. you can buy the exhaust through dennis kirk or chapperal. i am not sure how a z250 carb would fit on an ozark but i think it would, if not some minor modifications could be done to make it fit.

What exactly doesn't fit as far as the exhaust goes? Is it routed a bit differantly or is there something in the way on the Ozark? Thanx!!

im not exactly sure but i know they do have different frames. before i got my pro circuit i asked the dealer if a z250 system would fit on my ozark and he said it wouldnt because of the frames. if you were to bend the header of the z250 exhaust, and drill different holes in the mounting bracket, i think it would fit.

The Z250 plastic would fit on the Ozark FRAME, but I don't know if it would on the quad overall. It might have some issues with clearance around the rear wheels and exhaust. The Ozark and Z250 have almost, if not completely, identical frames. The main difference is suspension, intake, gearing and innerworkings of the engine to make the Z250 a little bit sportier.
I'm not sure if a Z250 exhaust will fit on an Ozark or not. I haven't seen one in a while and I'm not sure how it is routed threw the frame but it doesn't seem like it could be much different from the Z250.

just came from the dealer today and I have got on order the carb off of the z250 they said it would match up with no problems and I should see a big difference also adding the t-4 exhaust too.
