King in the DEEP snow
#1
We just got about 12 inches of really wet snow here so I decided that I would show up the snowmobiles in my neighborhood with my King. I went through snow drifts easily 4 feet high and some maybe even 6 feet high. Man.... this thing rocks!! My neighbors were all laughing when I went through these drifts. I decided that I wanted to see just what the King could go through. I had to put it in 4x4 low with diff lock on and I had to hold the overide the entire time but I never got stuck. I am gonna try and get some pictures of these drifts and post them if the snow doesn't melt but it's supposed to be about 45 degrees tomorrow. My Dad has a Eiger and it also did very well. Actually, I got stuck in a little 2 foot deep ditch in my yard but I just cranked the wheel and gave her full throttle with the overide pushed and got out pretty easily. My Dad's eiger never got stuck but I went through some huge drifts and this snow was wet!!!!! I even used my reverse about 6 miles and no problems. I think that if reverse were going to fail it would have there so I am happy that all is ok. Anyway, can someone tell me how I can post these pics that I am gonna try and take tomorrow.

Most of the city only got about 10-14 inches of snow but I live about 3 miles out of town and we got about 16 inches. Because there isn't anything to stop the snow from drifting we get some awesome drifts. I have seen drifts taller than 2 story houses before when you get outside of the city. It gets really crazy here because it is so flat and there just isn't anything to stop the snow from drifting. Makes for kicka$$ four wheeling.
