Default What advantage(s) does the FCR carb have?

I was just wondering why the FCR carbs are a popular choice amongst performance quads?

It depends on what FCR carb you get The ones off the yfz-450 and the trx-450r are decent , but the one that you want is off the HONDA CRF-450. Thats a racing carb. But these type of carbs will let more are in then stock and the throttle response bottom end all the way to top end will be alot bettr.

I'm pretty sure that the TRX doesnt come with an FCR carb, thats the reason why so many switch to the dirt bike carb. The 450R's carb is just a Keihn carb with a tps, not an FCR.
