I want to get some opinons on filters. I was thinking about getting a K&N or a UNI, but are there more options?? Cheaper???? Better??? Thanks for any info on this

 

I have a Twin Air. I've seen some other brands on ebay, but I don't know anything bout em.

 

The stock filter on the Eiger is useless. Too many leaks around the mounting flange. I'm adapting the air box on my 03' Eiger 4X4 auto to accept the Noss Machine adapter and UNI filter. I purchased the set-up for my Z400 but decided to see if I can get it to fit my Eiger. I'm installing it tomorrow so I'll let you know how it goes. It looks like it will take very little to get it mounted.

If you ride in dusty conditions I would recommend the UNI filter over the K&N.

 

I've heard the K&N breath better but the cost is more dirt passing thru.
