I am in the market for some extended a-arms for my 87 LT250r. Any suggestions on ones to look at or stay away from?

Has anybody used Burgards??

I'd go with Lonestar A-arms on a LT250R. I'd also put Ohlins shocks on as well. You would have a great setup with that. You could also put on Laeger A-arms. Either way, great performance.

They fit well. I just had to shave a little off the plastic bushing.. but other than that it fit just fine. As far as being the best a-arms I dont know... I've never owned another pair.

Im pleased with the them and +2 makes a big difference in handeling!

wow bombest...i havent been around here much lately and havent seen your updated quad in awhile either...im realllly impressed with that thing...it has a perfect mix of suspension and power. That and 800screws are some of the nicest LT's i have ever seen...is he still on here, anyway?

Well Thank you! I really appreciate your kind comments. I take pride in my work and I really enjoy rebuilding bikes. Yeah I really like 800screws photos as well. He has done a really nice job with his LT as well. I like that he kept the traditional colors. I told myself in the begining that I have to keep the LT signature light and Quadracer Logo on the seatcover. I still have to get the seat re-done but I will keep the logo scetched into the back of the seat.

Thanks Again!

aww man i HAD to ditch that light...couldnt stand it anymore...Although mine was bent from a rollover too, it still looked like crap. I really like the color choices you made, i wouldnt think blue on blue on blue would look good but really it does. Also, wat did you paint your cases with...the blue color? I need to paint mine and dont know what to do.

Yeah they are not the most beautiful lights in the world but I wanted to leave one piece on that everyone would know it was an LT. The bottom cases are powder coated anadized candy blue.
