Default Z400 cutting out after installing jet?

Hey everybody.I have a White Brothers E series exhaust and I have had it on my Z since august 2004. And tonihgt I got the mian jet put in so she will run better. Well I got it in and was testing it out. And I was in first and I shifted in second and gave her hell and she cut out. Do you have any idea what cna be wrong. I was thinking air/fuel mixture screw. But a guy said when it cuts out it sounds electrical. What do you think? It cuts out..no bogigng just cuts out.
