Default Good deal?

Hey everyone, I was at the dealer today finalizing the deal on my Vinson and he offered me to trade my tires for mud lites for an extra $100 cdn. Did i do ok or did I get ripped? How are these tires on the Vinson? Do they rip up the grass bad?

The mud lites are one of the most recommended tires (atleast from what I've been reading). They are very versatile as far as the terrain they do well on. Their one downfall is that they are made of a soft rubber so they wear quickly. As far as getting ripped on the tires, depends on how much you paid for the bike. A new set of mudlites seems to run average about $240 (60/tire). So if you paid full retail, didnt get any freebies such as service, addons etc, then yeah, you got ripped. If you got the bike for a 3-5 hundred below msrp and the tires then you didn't do to bad. IMO. Congrats on the bike btw.
