You need to fiddle w/ the pots it looks like, I have no idea where to start as far as settings, The only thing their site has is for a Polaris 800 and it's settings are Green 2 Yellow 3 Red 3 RPM 7. Good luck w/ that one. I'd call them, it just sounds like you need to adjust it.

Here, try this link Dobeck's forums

Well you need to fine tune it before you go out and give it hell, cause if you run too lean for too long you'll chunk that motor. Just go through their forums, they've got a full tutorial on tuning system. I dunno if yours is a open or closed loop system though. Hell call them on the phone and see if they'll walk you through tuning.

I was told the dobeck only adds the 4.5 hp if you remove the snorkle in the air box ..and then adjust the fuel mixture up. Without doing this I've been told that neither the power commander nor the dobeck will add much to the power.

The answer is in the timming... but the timming module is not out yet, and I don't know for sure how long until it will be... but that should make the biggest difference!

Funny you think 4.5 would make a huge difference. Any issues removing the snorkel? Has anyone done a muffler yet? If so are they alot louder? I have a twin air filter on the way, will that help?
