Default 2006 King Quad

Went and test drove a King Quad the other day and man I couldn't believe how smooth it rode and drove, and that was in 4 wheel drive. I also drove a Brute Force but after riding the King the Brute felt way too stiff, really no comparison in the comfort department. Anyways, after riding the King I decided I had to have it. I was going to get an 05 but if the 06 will be out soon, I'd rather wait on it( if I can). Any word on when the 06 models will be out? The 06's should have the updated reverse parts.........correct? Thanks for any info guys.

Word on the street is Suzuki won't release 2k6 specifics until August or so, and dunno how long from then until the dealers get the new year models. Just get an 05 and make sure you get one w/ the updated VIN number (search these forums, there's several threads that will cover that).

There is talk that the 06's will be made in the USA. Currently KQ's are made in japan. You will be waiting for awhile for an 06

Get the late 05 with the right vin# and you get the best of both worlds, updated reverse and the 5 year tranny warranty. The 06 will have the normal 6 month warranty.

If the 06's are going to be made in the USA, Buy an 05 before it's too late. Dont want to start anything, but I like jap stuff. They seem to have good quality.

Also, I got a KQ on friday and the dealer said nothing about a 5yr warrenty. Do I have to contact suzuki about it? Should I call the dealer and get it in writing?
