Hi I was just wondering how good a 1992 Quadracer 250 would do wheelies. One of my friends has one that hes selling and I am thinking about selling my Warrior and buying it. I have heard from many people that 2-Strokes are hard to wheelie and was just wondering how easy it would be to do wheelies with it. It has works shocks, dg pipe and turf tammers

 

The quadracer has a longer wheelbase than that Warrior, and doesn't create a real easy balance point due to the rear wheels being a bit farther back. That being said, the QR has a very linear powerband for a 2 stroke, and I could wheely mine pretty well but I spent a lot of time on it too.

 

thank you. also, how much more power does it have then a warrior? as in acceleration? I took it for a test ride and it felt like it had good power but I couldnt open it up because it was the first time it had been started since the rebuild

 

a stock or slightly modded lt250r should be able to beat the living pants off of a warrior

 

Once it's loosened up and running properly it'll make a Warrior feel like a lawn tractor. No offense to you Warrior guys. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

my lt's always wheelie great once you get the balance point figured out that is.. power it up in 2nd, carry all the way thru 5th, i love wheeling my lt.
