I hit a large root going about 35 on the K.Q. it defintely dingged up the rim....plus over 50 I feel a slight wobble. Whats up?

 

Yeah, it's probably bent around the flatter surface about the lugs. I hit a tree with mine and it wobbles through the handle bars. The only fix is a replacement.

 

yea the stock arent the greatest in the world anyway, i had the same problem, i hit a tree stump and the rims bent (done many times over the years)...not sure it effects it to much but it does in the long run, and makes it look like ur amature [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img] i recommend just buying stronger rims...tho may be pricey just might be for the best.

 

Everyone in here, I just bent my rim and what you should definately NOT do is ride with a bent rim. The only reason is because of this wobble youre talking about. What it does is wobble your bearings right out and kill them.

 

you should get a new rim causeits not good to ride like that when i bent my rim the handle bars would pull me in from the rim
