Well...haha I'm fairly new to moding my ATV's but I would say if she wants it to be like the best, like fastest and stuff, then it of course is going to cost a lot , but yea...Here's what I personally would do:

K&N Air Filter
~K&N Website

Yoshimura/White Bros Exhaust
~WB Website
~Yosh Website

DynoJet Jet Kit
~DynoJet Website

Full Skid Plate
~Full Skid

Well yea, the skid plate really you can get from anywhere and it's usually all about the same so it's basically on price, as for the exhaust, both Yosh and WB are very good. I think a skid plate is the most important thing to buy first, but then again, that depends where you ride/live. If you ride in forest and rocks and stuff the skid is a must-have. For most other stuff, hell I would say just go to the Suzuki Website and go to your model and look at the stuff you can get like bumpers and stuff like that, a lot of the stuff for the z400 was Yoshimru, like skid plates so I think the z250 has similer options. Here's the link to your model's accesories:

z250 Bolt-On Section

Hope this helped a little man ,
Have fun ride safe.

That helps a lot. I was looking at the bike it already has the skid plates! I love the previos owner! I think they said the thing was rode about 15 hours too! I am super glad that I got this bike. I am looking into the exhaust but I have a slip on now on the bike. I am trying to find a full pipe for the bike but do they sell it? Thanks!

Awsome man, that saves some money with having the skid plates. Both Yoshimura and White Bros have Full Pipes. Personally, I would go with White Bros Pipes, but both are very nice, and I'm more then likely going to get a Yosh because that's all I have the money for right now. Most local Suzuki/Kawasaki dealers have Yoshimura Pipes and mine even has a White Bros E-Series full for like $500, but my last Suz dealer didnt have White Bros....I would look around though because getting stuff from dealers, as we all know, is very expensive and eBay has like everything almost half price of normal haha, but where you live just look around a little, I think you said you live by a Rocky Mountain ATV so I'm sure they have some nice pipes in stock. Hmm...other then that yup, any more questions feel free to ask myself or any of us and we will try to help you
