How do I get the Header off my Quadzilla???
#1
Hey, I have a crack in my header that needs to be welded (its a DG). I have it all unbolted and I just cant seem to jimmy it out of the frame. Is there somthing else I need to remove to get it out, practically seems like I need to take the engine out of the frame just to get it out. Any tips or am I missing somthing. If i do need to unbolt the engine then let me know so I dont spend the next year jimmying somthing that isnt going to budge.

I just removed mine and you have to take off the front fender and the support piece and then it still is a real tight fit to get it out. You just have to angle it and twist it in the right direction.

Oops, I forgot. I unhook the pipe from the flange and leave it on the motor.

I thought they were 2 strokes. Don't they have expansion chambers?
