can a 87 lt230s smoke the tires? what is the way to do it? could i do it on concrete?

 

You mean do a burnout? If so, then I'm sure you can...just make sure the front brakes are tight and wont move when you hold the brake...I don't get what you mean really...It's not to hard...O.o but the tires might need to be warn down too...because lots of tread wouldn't work and would be a waste of a tire...
