Default Dune suspension?

Just wondering what everyone suggests for dune and other open jumping type riding. Any suggestions? I have searched but I want specific answers. Thanks!

These are two completely different types of riding! In the dunes, you want lots of compliance and you want to float along. For jumping, you want a stiff setup that won't bottom on the big stuff. I don't think you can have both at the same time???

I suppose it really isn't the Dunes, it is more like sand riding with a lot of hills to jump and climb. Not so much jsut all sand but a lot of hard pack sand and some loose too...

Elka's if you have the money. Otherwise Work's make pretty good shocks for a cheaper price but they have terrible customer service-(atleast the few times I've dealt with them they have)

Dual rate - no rez Elka's are $450. I got a set with HSD +3 A-arms and it feels like a totally different bike. They also sell a kit to add the rezzy later on.
