Default Help !! Foot Shifter for Z-250

Hey guys, I need help. I need to get a smaller or shorter foot shifter for my wife Z-250. She has small feet and has problems shifting with foot on the pegs. Is there an aftermarket company that makes smaller or shorter foot shifters. please give me all the help I can get. thanks.

ims makes differetn shifters but dont know if its for the 250. i know that you can adjust the shifter (look in owners manual), that might help. also if you cant find shorter shifters than you might try to get fatter foot pegs. ims also makes those, kinda pricey tho. just search google for ims or roll design and go to their site

If you absolutely have to you can probably cut come of the extra shifter out of the middle and weld it back together....not the prettiest idea but effective

Have you tried adjusting its height. This helped my daughter. I've also contemplated relocating the linkage to reduce the travel. Heck, even my size 13s w/boots have a hard time with the amount of throw involved on the 250. Great bike, but a rotten shifter .
