Default front end specs on z400

Can anyone help me with the specs on toe? Is stock specs set in or out and by how much? I was checking my bike over and noticed mine is out, quite a bit I think, like a difference of aprox. 3/8in. I know street vehicles come with a certain amount of toe in for handling reasons, so automatically I might assume I have a small problem. Does dirt require opposite specs than pavement, or do I have some adjusting to do. Would someone please enlighten me, Thanks
