Default Going to look at an Ozark 250

I'm going to look at an 04 Ozark this evening to possibly purchase. Anything that I should especially look for?
Thanks.

I have 2 ozarks....Both have cracked frames in sevral places. Mostly my green ozark. It has 6+ spots on the fram that are borken...I would also check oil level, Just to see if they did proper maintenence.

Holy Cow! What were you doing with that thing?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Is that common with these?
I have to admit that this would be my first quad, but that seems pretty extreme.

I guess what happened to mine was..Well i guess i forgot a 250 utility isnt exposed to be ridden like a 400+. I really dont know how it got that way, besides the time i was climbing a hill and didnt down shift, sliding down into a tree lol. But besides the fram the ozark is a pretty good starter quad.

I went to look at it this evening. The left rear tire is flat and from what I can tell it is from a bent wheel. There are quite a few scratches on the fenders. Seems like it was a lot for only being an 04. It is a repo from a bank and they are asking 2000 for it. www.ronayers.com says a new rear wheel is $120 and I will need a shop to remount the tire. So I'll probably offer about $1850 for it. What do you guys think? Is $2000 too much? Or should I try to go even lower?

If everything seems to be fine I would buy it... it is only a year old.

I forgot to add that it fired right up and settled down into idle.
What do you think about the price?
