Had mine up to 70 with more to go. How much more? I will probably never know, I only did this once to see what it had. 50 MPH is as fast as I need to go.

You guys must either be riding on the road or have some some nice easy terrian to ride on while doing this because I top mine off at around 60 and run out of real estate. Now that I have 27" tires and a bumper to weigh me down I'm sure I'm not going much fater anyway besides I bought my KQ for the rough stuff.

If you guys every have the chance to visit Alaska look me up I'll show you around. Last ride we saw two Grizzlies snatching salmon from the creek while we cooked burgers over a fire just 30 yards away. It doesn't get much better than that.

You should check it again with a GPS if you have bigger tires, because I believe these don't diminish from top-end and in some cases even add to it.

Mud, where are you riding? I'd like to ride w/a KQ sometime to compare it to my 800(Junk). I have the brochure and it looks good on paper but am interested in Maine rider Opinion. I ride in Minot/Buckfield area alot. (when my 800s together)

Bionic and Mud, I am from Maine as well and ride in Augusta, Fairfield area but am willing to try new places. We have a group that consists of the following.
Suzuki twin peaks 700
Prairie 700
Prairie 650
Polaris Sportsman 700
Yamaha Grizz 660
Yamaha Grizz 600
Arctic cat 500
Suzuki Ozark 250
Kawasaki Brute Force 750
And my King quad 700 So far this year this has been the rundown. We all drag every wekend, for some reason WE think we can win the next time.... results were as follows when they were all stock

Accel

Brute
vtwin 700s
KQ
prairie 650
grizz 660
Sportsman 700
Ozark 250
grizz 600
arctic cat 500 auto

Top Speed

Brute
KQ
700 vtwin
prairie 650
sportsman 700
grizz 660
grizz 600
arctic cat 500
ozark 250

After mods

Accel
Brute (ECM, 27" Dirt Devils, jet kit)
KQ stock tires, dobech FI, clutch kit
vtwin 700s (26" mud lites)
Sortsman
grizz 660
Prairie 650 (27"mud lite)
Grizz 600 (HMF pipe, 27" itp 589)
ozark (22" Dirt Devils)
arctic cat (28 " mud Lights)

Top Speed
Brute
King
vtwin 700
Sportsman 700
grizz 660
prairie 650
Grizz 600
Ozark
Arctic cat 500

These are just the average results, sometimes someone gets lucky Oxark has my wife on it @110 lbs. Man that is a fun little machine!!!

Brute breaks down EVERY trip, either the tie rod ends break, rear sway bar breaks, or cv breaks. Brute Handles the worst even with the offset rims and tires. As a matter of fact he is selling it, maybe going to look at the Bomb. Everybody loves the ride of the king and the handleing, I just wish they had the Brute motor in the King Chassis.

Nothing slides like the SRA prairies, what a blast on fire roads.

I thought it was general concensus that the King has a higher top-end than the Brute?

Yeah I heard that the KQ eventually passes the BF 750 on top end too, but I don't know why it would considering the BF 750 has about 50 more cc's.
