I need to know of some replacement shocks for an 05 vinson. I only have about 120 miles on it and the shocks are showing bad wear. It is probabaly because of my big a**. I am 6'2" and 290lbs. I have looked into elka and works. I would really like something that is not that expensive. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Ummmm-sorry to inform you, but you're going to have to pay for what you want. By "showing" bad wear-do you mean where the covers that protect the shaft rub on the shock body? Or are they clapped out? The reason I'm asking is that mine were showing the scuffs, but still worked ok. The Works shocks I'm running now are on a completely different level.

 

I would be happy to buy your worn out shocks as soon as you possibly can part with them. I need a pair of used Vinny shocks to do an experiment on my Eiger.
