Default Vinson bumper

Hey guys, I've had my Vinson for over a month and put a couple hundred great miles on it.
My only complaint is the lack of a bumper over the plastic grille. I tagged an alder tree on a
tight trail and broke the plastic and bent the framework beneath. Can you recomend a bumper
to protect my front end? I've considered the Warn and the other tubular products. How well
they mount and protect is important to me. Thanks for any help. Jack

only complaint with mine to. i got stuck at mud bogs saturday and i let someone ****** me out. i had the strap hooked on the winch plate where the metal hook is welded to it. after he got me out i looked and my winch was setting crooked. it bent the bars the winch plate was mounted to. im thinking about the warn bumper myself and have some stronger tubes made for the winch plate to set on.

I've put on the Suzuki bumper on front. It looks pretty cool with the silver color against the black of the machine. It is very sturdy. The one thing that "bugs" me is that it costs about double what the Kimpex bumper costs. The Kimpex bumper is about as good looking (from the pics anyway) as the Suzuki one. The factory bumper went on pretty slick also. I think it was four bolts and they lined up pretty well.

Check out the Moose bumper. It connects to the bottom and to the rack on the top. It has steel mesh to protect your radiator and does a good job of protecting the headlights also.

Thanks for the input. I've researched the Vinson bumpers for a couple weeks now and just bought the
Warn off E-bay. This was my first dealing with E-bay. I got the bumper for the minimum bid $99.88 plus
$18 shipping. This seemed the best bumper for the Vinson at a reasonable price. Jack

Good choice on the bumper. I have the Warn bumper with the trail lights. It was all very easy to install. I had the same problem with hitting a few trees and having the front end smashed up. As for durability, I've not tagged any trees recently, but I've had it on for about 6 months and no complaints. One of the trail lights broke when I rear ended a quad (the rear bumper was at just the right height). It was pretty inexpensive to get a replacement and very easy to change out.
