i need some quick help, which do you think is better the vinson 5 sp or the honda foreman foot shift?

they are the same price OTD both 2005 year, same color ,manual shift, 500cc class machines

please give a reason for your choice, such as better ride, quicker, more dependable, problems you have knowlage of, ect.

thank you

I have ridden both and I own a 5 speed Vinson. I like the Vinson alot. You need to ride both and just judge for yourself.

The Vinson is without a doubt the performance winner in this one, regardless of what propnut may tell you. However, the reliability must definitely go to the Foreman. Those things are built like a Sherman Tank. What type of riding do you do and in what terrain?

i ride in hunting conditions (elk/deer) also i will be using it for work towing a small trailer full of cement aprox. 1/3 of a yard. i have a buddy that uses a kodiak 400 2wd for the same work and it does fine. my hunting is only a couple weeks a year and not to muddy most of the time. i would save some $$ and get a eiger or rancher but i also plan to do some snow trail rides with a few friends.

does that help?

Then I would have to say the Foreman probably gets the nod just because of it's edge in longevity.
