Yeah, you can get new hubs. You just need to know what your spline count is and what bolt pattern you want. I am pretty sure Durablue has solutions for you. You can probably change over to a Honda spline count on the axel. If not they have conversion hubs.

For me the LT handles better than the new 4 strokes. It is mostly my riding style. I am use to spinning the 2 stroke around.

Default LT250R owners

Where can i get a manual to help me on putting this thing back together. i know i can get some of it but theres gonna be some of the little tuff that i will need help on, anything out there that can help me??

I'd say your best bet for a decent priced manual will be Ebay.

Sounds like your plans are off in the right direction. Good luck with your project.
